Two Junior Gents rugby players will represent the club next weekend in Las Vegas.
The two junior rugby players from Glenwood Springs High School have been chosen to represent an all-star 7s team in the high school division of the USA Sevens, an international rugby 7s festival.
“Luke Prosence and Robert Hiles will represent the Celtic Barbarians on Thursday and Friday,” Junior Gents head coach Gary Williams said. “They will then spend the weekend watching the international 7s competition, featuring the best teams in the world.”
The Las Vegas event is popular among college rugby recruiters, who annually turn out for the high school all-star games.
