It took a dominant fourth match, but the Dark ‘n Stormy Misfits 45s side is right where it thought it would be — headed to Sunday’s championship match of the 49th annual Aspen Ruggerfest.
“That’s what we are here for — Champagne rugby. Definitely getting to the finals is the goal,” said Misfit coach, organizer and player Whitey Nelson. “We did that. The boys had fun, had smiles and just good continuity. We have to carry that into the finals on Sunday.”
