Please take this opportunity to join the premier rugby club in the U.S., Gentlemen of Aspen Rugby Football Club.  The Gentlemen have a long, storied history in Aspen, beginning in 1968 when Steve Sherlock trolled the local bars to put together a team to play a visiting team from Denver.  The rest, you could say, is history!

Today, The Gentlemen of Aspen are much more than just your average rugby team.  A strong youth program is growing in Aspen, with more than 20 kids attending Monday night rugby at the Middle School Gym.  With participation being so well received, an additional night of rugby has been added on Wednesday for the kids.  The Jr Gents – The Roaring Fork Valley’s high school program – made it to the playoffs two years ago and won the Division II State Championship last year.  Unfortunately, The Jr Gents lost in a hard fought final this year, but are confident in their chances next year to win the championship!

Your membership not only supports Aspen’s return to USA Rugby Division II play, which just began this fall, but also supports the efforts to develop rugby in Aspen and the Roaring Fork Valley through the youth and high school programs.

A Player Membership is required for all players and a Social Membership is required for anyone who would like to support the Gentlemen of Aspen and participate at the Annual General Meeting.
